If the valve falls off or large sundries are embedded between the valve core seals, change the valve stem position when it is fully closed.

For example, if the handle is damaged or lost, it should be prepared immediately. It is not allowed to use the flexible wrench to replace it, so as to avoid damage to the valve stem square and inflexible opening and closing, leading to accidents in production.

部分介質在手動閥關閉后冷卻，使閥件收縮，操作人員應在適當的時間再次關閉，使密封面無細縫，否則介質從細縫高速流動，容易侵蝕密封面。

Part of the medium cools down after the manual valve is closed to make the valve shrink. The operator should close it again at an appropriate time to make the sealing surface free of fine seams. Otherwise, the medium flows from the fine seams at high speed and is easy to erode the sealing surface.

操作過程中，如果發現操作過于困難，應分析原因。如果填料太緊，可以適當放松。如果閥桿傾斜，應通知人員進行維修。有些閥門在關閉狀態下加熱膨脹，難以打開；如果此時必須打開，可以將閥蓋螺紋擰松半圈到一圈，消除閥桿應力，然后移動手輪。

During the operation, if the operation is found to be too difficult, the cause shall be analyzed. If the packing is too tight, it can be properly loosened. If the valve stem is inclined, notify the personnel for maintenance. Some valves are difficult to open due to heating expansion under closed state; If the valve must be opened at this time, loosen the bonnet thread by half a turn to one turn to relieve the stress on the valve stem, and then move the handwheel.
