三、維護(hù)方法

1.氣動(dòng)閥拆卸前，必須排空汽缸中的流體，泄去閥門內(nèi)介質(zhì)壓力；如果介質(zhì)是高溫、高壓易燃、易爆，有毒或者有腐蝕性，必須徹底清除，以防造成人身、設(shè)備以外傷害。

A 拆汽缸：取下鎖緊環(huán)，向上提起并取下汽缸后，可以看見活塞、彈簧、位置指示器、閥桿等部件。

B 拆閥體：用扳手卡在閥蓋根部進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)，即可拆卸閥體，看到閥體內(nèi)件。

C 拆密封件：在拆開閥體后，可以看到在閥桿末端的密封件，擰下固定密封件的螺絲，即可拆下密封件。
