在注脂閥門中，往往忽視注脂的問題。注射油槍加油后，操作者選用了油管及油管連接方式，進行注脂作業(yè)。主要有兩種情況：一是注脂量少，注脂不足，密封面由于缺少潤滑劑而加速磨損。相反，過量的注脂，造成浪費。就是不能根據(jù)閥門類型分類，對不同閥門密封容量進行精確計算。可根據(jù)閥門大小及種類計算密封容量，再合理地注入適量潤滑脂。

二、注脂時，常常忽略壓力問題。注脂作業(yè)時，注脂壓力呈規(guī)律的峰谷變化。壓差、密封漏或失效、壓力過高、注油口堵塞、油封硬化、密封球閥球、閥板卡死等。當注脂壓力過低時，注入的潤滑脂多流入閥腔底部，一般發(fā)生在小型閘閥上。如果注脂壓力過高，一方面要檢查注脂器是否存在脂孔阻塞的情況要更換；另一方面是脂類硬化，要用清洗液反復(fù)軟化已經(jīng)失效的密封脂，然后注入新的潤滑脂。另外，密封方式和密封材料，也會影響注脂壓力，不同的密封形式有不同的注脂壓力，一般情況下硬密封注脂壓力要高于軟密封。

三、注脂閥時，要注意閥門在開關(guān)位置的問題。球閥在維護和保養(yǎng)時一般是在開啟狀態(tài)，特殊情況下選擇關(guān)機維修。其它閥門（不銹鋼閥門）也不能完全用開位論處。在維修過程中，閘閥必須處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，確保潤滑脂沿密封圈充滿密封槽，如果打開，密封脂就直接掉入流道或閥腔，造成浪費。

3、 When filling the grease valve, pay attention to the issue of the valve being in the on/off position. Ball valves are generally in the open state during maintenance and upkeep, and in special circumstances, they can be shut down for repair. Other valves (stainless steel valves) cannot be fully opened. During the maintenance process, the gate valve must be in a closed state to ensure that the lubricating grease fills the sealing groove along the sealing ring. If opened, the sealing grease will directly fall into the flow channel or valve chamber, causing waste.

四、注脂時，經(jīng)常忽略注脂的效果問題。脂肪注射操作時壓力、注射脂肪、開關(guān)位置均正常。但是為了保證注脂效果，有時需要打開或關(guān)閉閥門，檢查潤滑效果，確認閥門閥球或閘板表面是否均勻潤滑。

4、 When injecting fat, the effectiveness of the injection is often overlooked. The pressure, injection fat, and switch position are all normal during the fat injection operation. However, in order to ensure the lubrication effect, sometimes it is necessary to open or close the valve, check the lubrication effect, and confirm whether the surface of the valve ball or gate is evenly lubricated.

注脂時，要注意閥體排污和絲塞泄壓問題。氣門加壓試驗后，密封腔內(nèi)氣和水汽會因環(huán)境溫度升高而上升，因此在注脂過程中要先放油泄壓，才能順利地進行。注脂后密封腔中的空氣和水份被完全排出。及時排除閥腔壓力，也保證了閥門的使用安全。在注油結(jié)束后，一定要擰緊排污及減壓閥堵，以防意外。

After the valve pressurization test, the air and water vapor in the sealing chamber will rise due to the increase in ambient temperature. Therefore, during the grease injection process, oil should be drained and pressure released first in order to proceed smoothly. After grease injection, the air and water in the sealed chamber are completely discharged. Timely elimination of valve chamber pressure also ensures the safety of valve use. After the oil injection is completed, be sure to tighten the drain and pressure reducing valve plugs to prevent accidents.

注脂的時候，一定要注意不能出現(xiàn)油脂不均勻的情況。通常情況下，從靠近注脂口的出脂孔先出脂，然后到低點，后為高點，逐次排脂。如未按規(guī)定或不排脂證明有堵塞，應(yīng)及時清通。

When injecting grease, it is important to be careful not to have uneven grease distribution. Normally, the fat is discharged first from the grease outlet near the grease injection port, then to the low point, and then to the high point, sequentially. If there is blockage due to failure to follow regulations or failure to drain fat, it should be cleared in a timely manner.

第7、注脂時還應(yīng)注意閥門的通徑與密封圈的座平齊問題。如球閥，如有開位過盈，可向內(nèi)調(diào)整開位限位器，確認平直通徑后鎖定。調(diào)節(jié)限制不可只追求開啟或關(guān)閉位置，要綜合考慮。若開位平齊，關(guān)不到位，會造成閥門關(guān)閉不嚴。同理，調(diào)整關(guān)到位，也要考慮相應(yīng)的開度調(diào)整。保證閥門的直角行程。

For ball valves, if there is interference in the opening position, the opening limiter can be adjusted inward to confirm the straight diameter and then locked. Adjusting restrictions should not only focus on the open or closed position, but should be considered comprehensively. If the opening position is flush and cannot be closed properly, it will cause the valve to not close tightly. Similarly, when adjusting the closing position, corresponding opening adjustments should also be considered. Ensure the right angle stroke of the valve.

八、注脂后，一定要封好注脂口。防止雜質(zhì)進入，或脂質(zhì)在油脂表面氧化，封蓋上要涂防銹脂，避免生銹。供下次操作時應(yīng)用。

9、 When injecting grease, it is also necessary to consider the specific issue of oil separation sequence transportation in the future. Considering the differences in diesel quality, the elution and decomposition capabilities of gasoline should be taken into account. Operate the valve later, and in case of gasoline section operation, replenish lubricating grease in a timely manner to prevent wear and tear.

注脂時，不要忽略在閥桿部位的注脂。氣門軸套處有滑動軸套或填料，還需保持潤滑狀態(tài)，以減少運行中的摩擦阻力，如不能保證潤滑，則電動操作扭矩加大磨損部件，手動操作開關(guān)費力。

When applying grease, do not ignore the application of grease on the valve stem. There is a sliding shaft sleeve or packing at the valve shaft sleeve, and it is necessary to maintain lubrication to reduce friction resistance during operation. If lubrication cannot be guaranteed, the electric operation torque will increase the wear of the parts, and manual operation of the switch will be laborious.

有些球閥閥體上標有箭頭，如無英文FIOW字，則為密封座作用方向，不作為介質(zhì)流向參考，閥門自泄方向相反。雙密封球閥一般為雙向流動型。

If there is no English word "FIOW", it indicates the direction of the sealing seat and is not used as a reference for the flow direction of the medium.
