打開氣源，氣動執行機構動作使活塞推動閥桿下移，由于楔形塊的作用，產生兩個水平方向力，將左右密封盤壓向密封座，迫使密封盤和密封座壓緊密合，達到密封效果。

打開氣源，氣動執行機構動作使活塞推動閥桿上移，使活動連接機構首先克服楔形塊與漲塊之間的摩擦力，又加上各機件之間大間隙配合，會使漲塊下垂，密封盤向內收縮而脫離閥座密封面，閥門開啟迅速、省力、無卡阻現象，達到閥門全開狀態。

Turn on the air source, and the pneumatic actuator moves the piston to push the valve stem upwards, causing the movable connecting mechanism to first overcome the friction between the wedge-shaped block and the expansion block. In addition, the large gap fit between various components will cause the expansion block to sag, the sealing disc to contract inward and detach from the valve seat sealing surface, and the valve door will open quickly, labor-saving, and without jamming, reaching the fully open state of the valve.

5.為了確保密封盤和密封座的接觸可靠，閥體內設有準確的導向板，把閥芯限制在閥體內部供啟閉用的運動范圍內，保證密封面相應對準，保持平穩快速開啟和關閉。
