包裝、運輸及保管不當閥門電動執行器包裝應有防雨、防潮、防塵措施。運輸過程中應有防雨措施，產品到現場后應存放在通風、干燥處，不得露天存放。禁止在陰雨天氣調試或檢修，調試完畢后要擰緊全部緊固件，以保證電氣部分密封嚴密可靠。

良工閥門電動執行器選型與行程位置調整控制不當閥門電動執行器有兩個重要參數：啟閉力矩值應包括閥門實際工作扭矩值加上閥門自身扭矩值，啟閉力矩大小影響閥門使用，力大易壞，力小易漏。在選型配套上應有足夠的余量（一般要求大于閥門實際操作轉矩值1.1～1.3倍）。
